Good manners. Clear ground rules.

These terms govern your use of the Yeah, No online store and purchases from us. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of Yeah, No identified in our Legal Notice.

By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.

Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. If you create an account, keep your login credentials secure.

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malicious code, unauthorized access, or interference with the site. We may restrict access as reasonably necessary to address misuse, subject to applicable law.

Basically, be decent.

Products and pricing

Available sizes, colors, prices, and stock are shown in product listings and at checkout. Checkout identifies the currency, shipping charges, and taxes we collect before you pay.

Screen settings, lighting, and garment production may cause minor differences in color or print placement. Product descriptions and your selected variant define what you are purchasing. Lifestyle imagery does not replace written product specifications.

We try to keep everything accurate. If a material pricing, availability, or description error affects your order, we’ll contact you to resolve it. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order as agreed, we will cancel and refund the affected items.

Orders and payment

Your order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. Orders remain subject to successful payment, availability, and verification.

We may decline or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud or misuse, or orders we cannot fulfill. We will notify you and refund payments for canceled items.

Payment processing and certain store services are provided through Shopify and other service providers.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

Eligible returns and exchanges are free under the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of any policy wording.

Our designs and store content

Our original branding, artwork, text, and other store content are owned by Yeah, No or used with permission.

Buying a garment does not transfer intellectual property rights or authorize commercial reproduction of our designs. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Wear the shirt. Please don’t start printing your own inventory of it.

Reviews and customer content

Only submit reviews, photos, or other content that you have the right to share. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.

If you submit content for public display on our store, you grant us nonexclusive permission to display and format it for that purpose. You retain ownership of your content.

We’ll seek separate permission before using a customer’s photo in advertising beyond the context in which it was submitted.

Privacy and email marketing

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Marketing signup is optional and is not required to make a purchase. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. We may still send transactional messages about your orders.

Third-party services and links

Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not automatically mean we endorse everything on the linked site.

Nothing in this section removes our responsibility for your purchase or any responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.

Problems and legal rights

If something goes wrong, contact yeahnoxo@gmail.com with the details so we can try to resolve it.

These terms do not exclude mandatory warranties, remedies, or consumer protections, or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Applicable law determines rights and responsibilities not expressly addressed here. Nothing in these terms requires you to give up access to a court or regulator available under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future orders. The version in effect when you placed an order governs that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.

Material changes will be communicated where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as far as the law permits.
